Craft Brew Smackdown

The Albany Downtown Association and Greater Albany Rotary Club present the Craft Brew Smackdown on Friday, August 7, 2026, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. in Historic Downtown Albany.

This lively event pairs regional breweries, cideries, distilleries, and wineries with local small business storefronts, offering guests the chance to sip and stroll through Albany’s charming downtown district. Tastings will take place along 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Avenues, giving participants a unique opportunity to explore local shops while sampling craft beverages.

Tickets are $20 and include an event-specific tasting glass, ten tasting tickets, a map, brochure, and wristband. Participants must be 21 or older. Additional tasting tickets will be available for purchase at the Bridge Lot pop-up canopy (1st & Ellsworth), Loafers Station, and The Garage.
