Join Margin Coffee for Spice Road Harvest, the next installment of The Last Light dinner series at Margin Coffee Roasters. Inspired by the ancient trade routes, this one-night-only experience invites you into an evening of warmth and wonder—where conversation, season, and spice intertwine, spiced, fragrant, and steeped in tradition.
Chef Kaleb Eilert has crafted a menu that moves from late-summer freshness to autumn’s abundance: fresh cheese with peaches and basil, charred garden brassicas, saffron-spiced lamb köfta with roasted squash, and a honeyed sweet to close.
Cocktails and Drink menu designed around the theme will be available for purchase.
